Description
Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 96 === When an airplane landing gear takes off or lands. External force can sustain on Airplane landing gear that loads are hard to be obtained by utilizing theoretical method. Therefore, flight measurement is a good alternative in engineering. Before making flight measurement, ground calibration test is required to establish relationship between the structural strain and external force. This relationship will be used during flight measurement to transform strain data into external force. Ground calibration test could obtain many groups that were in the engineering. Traditionally, we use regression analysis method to build this relationship with minimum error (called load equation in the engineering) for the use of fly test. In this thesis, a globalization grey relational analysis method was applied to cardinal strain sensor test data. This cardinal can be used to select the representative parameters and construct a good strainload which can increase aircraft safety during take off and landing. In the past references, there was not much related to this topic. Therefore, this thesis is a first originality. A Matlab toolbox is established to effectively generate this study. In the future, the conclusions of this thesis can offer to flight measurement, and we can expect that it help the flight safety.
