Remind that current regulations required three levels of quality controls, when the regulation is applied in the inspection of the concrete structure after the completion of the structure, The compression test will be performed by the coring test of the sampling of the concrete structures, Surprisingly, very often the strength of the test specimen is not as strong as it supposed to be, this paper discussed the issue of the coring test of the sampling of the concrete structure 28 days after its pouring, the coring test is executed, the strength does not meet the level of the design requirement.
