Summary: | 碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 96 === A kind of spiral type piezoelectric motor will be discussed in this paper, this piezoelectric motor can be used on photo cell phone, its main purpose is to used for pushing optics lens mould.The optics lens mould is made up by top cover, elastic component, support pillar, lens, base and spiral type piezoelectric motor.Among the spiral type piezoelectric motor consists of metal pipe, screw and piezoelectric ceramic slice, it is fixed on base of the optics lens mould.While operating, so long as offer the minimum driving frequency, resonance frequency and phase angle on the piezoelectric ceramic slice, can let the screw produce rotational motion in the metal pipe, and push the lens on the elastic component to do up and down motion by this.
According to experimental results, we know the maximum clockwise and counterclockwise rotational speed is 1,415rpm and 1,376rpm respectively under conditions of 140Vp-p driving voltage, 62kHz resonance frequency, 600 phase angle and 0.5mm thickness of piezoelectric ceramic slice.
