One of these genes, FLJ11252, was cloned and it was widely expressed in human placentas, testes, hearts, and small intestines. This gene was mapped on chromosome 5q12.1.Our results also identified that this gene was overexpressed in tumer tissues comparing to their normal counterpart . Studies on the expression of FLJ11252 during cell cycle indicated that FLJ11252 was expressed in G2/M phase and graduately degraded when cells were leaving M phase. In order to identify FLJ11252 associated proteins, we used a yeast two - hybrid system to screen a human heart cDNA library. We identified a possible FLJ11252 associated protein, Snapin.Snapin is a SNARE complex associated protein and has been suggested to play a role in facilitating neurosecretion. In the study, we investigate the physical interaction of FLJ11252 with Snapin in mammalian cell system. 楊肇基 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
