Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥大學 === 醫務管理學研究所碩士班 === 96 === In this study, we developed modular digital learning materials and a prototype platform for medical surgery training. The material was categorized into several sub-topics and further divided into modules. The modular materials were placed on the developed digital platform for learning activities. A shoulder arthroscopy was used as the learning subject in this study. With the developed modular learning mechanisms, the user may proceed either sequential or topical learning according to individual learning needs. This study resulted in an effective and efficient learning for medical surgery training. This study adopts TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) to explore the related factors that affect the use of digital learning platform for shoulder arthroscopy. We selected seven factors to investigate user acceptance. The results are as follows: 1.Users are willing to use this learning platform ; 2.Service interaction and perceived ease of use positively affect the perceived usefulness ; 3.Service interaction significantly affect perceived ease of use ; 4.Functionality and perceived usefulness influence intention to use ;
