And the one that regarded supporting in the society as and interfered working performance is in a disguised form. Originally this research structure regards working pressure as the leading parameter, the working performance, in order to depend on parameters, the work is met and managed with mood for intermediary''s parameter, the society supports and carries on the real example in order to interfere parameters. Understand working pressure influence working result of performance heavy, or working pressure meet with mood is it influence working performance result heavy to managing through work also. And whether the society has result of interfering to the working performance to support.
