We use the Solid Edge design software in our researches. It can demonstrate the 3D and the all angle vision. This researches result show the complete system configuration in the correct setting up and the alignment procedures sequentially. With the simulation of the automatic alignment processes we can eventually setting up very complicate high power up to Tera-Watt, ultra-short pulse of sub-hundred femto-second, UV laser system.
