Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 96 === Tourism industry of the global services industry is an important part, in addition to substance travel agencies, are also active in the development of travel web sites industry. The study find that travel web sites have been the increase in output, whether it is in the world, the Asia-Pacific or the Taiwan market have high potential for expansion. The owner of tourism websites must assess its own website user satisfaction assessments, and through its evaluation results can further explore the site should be moving towards that direction, with a view to meet the needs of users.
However, the current tourism websites does not measure user satisfaction for a stable and modern tourist site evaluation scale, this study hope to the build tourist site evaluation scale to assess the site for tourism website users own satisfaction, the operators of web site can further enhance the web site critical functions. Research by academics based on the past a preliminary design scale, the scale for further itself and effectiveness, and to meet modern tourism web sites evaluation and adjustment .
The results showed that tourism site assessment can be used to "web sites transaction security", "provide information", " community ", "online transaction processing and response", " customization ", and "website system" six categories to measure it, this result to shows that community is an important part of the evaluation scale of the travel web sites and modify the function of web sites. In addition different types of users demand for tourism web sites have different preferences, the owners of web sites are also able to understand by the results and adjust the site to site to meet the needs of users.
