碩士 === 中華大學 === 電機工程學系(所) === 96 === In this paper, the research of UHF RFID Tag is presented. The function of UHF RFID Tag is implemented using discrete circuit. The communication between Tag and Reader (Alien Reader ALR-9780) is built successfully with digital anti-collision system circuit and compatible with EPC Class-1 Generation-2 UHF RFID Protocol. The advantage of the Tag module is the combination of temperature sensor. The sensor data will be transferred when the Tag responses to Reader.
