JIT can save stock cost, purchasing cost, enhance quality, reduce waste and gain the benefits of simplifying production procedures, and JIT can give a quick response to re-allocate production line and to satisfy the various customer needs and requirements. Moreover, JIT can treat the design changes quickly and make the more flexible product. According to the benefits of JIT purchasing, we actually think it can save purchasing cost and make the lowest total cost in production and gain competitive advantages. The purpose of this study is to stand on the point of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to discuss it’s impacts on the performance of supply chain and byer-supplier relationship when applies JIT purchasing. We studied the computer industry with 500 random samples which conducted by questionnaire survey. We use the software SPSS 10.0 and LISREL 8.72 to treated and analyzed surveyed data. The methodology of this paper is description statistics, reliability and SEM. And the results of study, we discover the use of JIT purchasing is significant to the performance and byer-supplier relationships of SCM, and it can promote the mutual performance in industrial personal computer industry. 李 友 錚 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
