| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 96 === Servicemen have to face exact rules, lots of mission, standard of military
discipline, and battle skill training when join the military. These situations make
part of serviceman maladjusted and violate discipline, like back to troop behind
time, escape form troop or injure himself. It’s not only making personal injury or
dropping the power and morale of military. This research point to servicemen that
unruly and violate discipline frequently in the troop. Divide them into three type,
good medium and bad when return to troop from disciplining by Military
Counseling Education Center. Find the factor that bring about this difference to
make recidivists occupying all servicemen that return from Military Counseling
Education Center 20%, and use this result to be reference in the military training
education and over training. This study is analyzed and ratiocinated by the
push-draw theory. We can find the cause of those is unable to adapt the
management when return to the army in the case and provide the way to solve it.
Enable them in the life, the management, the training, the interpersonal
relationship aspect, can combine cadre’s guidance, causes the education to be able
to obtain the basic unit and the soldier’s identification, finally let the personnel
leave the army in safety.
