In recent years、with the era of digitalized information approaching it has rendered the private businesses of logistic and goods transportation to introduce relevant technology of commercial vehicle operations system to be used on the management of vehicle troop、to lower operation cost、and enhanced the integral competitiveness of the enterprise. In comparison to the operation of current troop transportation、it would easily render the management hard to master the relevant information of vehicle as relevant hardware and software equipment is rather insufficient. Therefore、this study would review each of the subsystem and relevant technology of the intelligent transportation system、and then resort to the concept of commercial vehicle operation system and conduct investigation current transportation operation of the Air Force、analyzing the applicable technology and system. At the end、questionnaire evaluation of expert analytic hierarchy process will be utilized to conduct investigation with the transportation management hierarchy of each troop so as to collect opinions and views and establishment of priority ranking regarding current operation as well as introduction of relevant future system. As shown from the research result、it is reckoned that the system of commercial vehicle operations、if to be introduced in the ground transportation operation of Air Force、can be first introduced and established with the Tachograph 、with its score rating 739、seconded by Automatic Vehicle Monitoring、scoring 686; if the need with Tachograph project is considered 100% urgent、the relative importance of this project should be reckoned as 92.8%. At the end、it is of the In-Vehicle Navigation System、scoring 475; if the importance of Tachograph is reckoned to be of 100%、the relative importance of this project will be 64.3%. In terms of evaluation criteria、every scholar and expert awards the greatest importance to educational training of personnel、with its weight as 0.302 (30.2%)、second by the assessment of driver、with its weight as 0.110 (11.0%)、and the mastery of whereabouts of vehicle、with its weight as 0.108 (10.8%).
