Summary: | 碩士 === 中華技術學院 === 機電光工程研究所碩士班 === 96 === Three-dimensional display technology is one of the most popular topics in recent years. Both the characteristics of holographic 3D display and the fabrication processes of the recording materials are discussed respectively. Based on psychophysics, scenes captured by human’s eyes could cause parallax and some depth cues to lead a feeling of 3D scenes. With this concept, the viewing angle and viewing space of 3D image existed within the finite displaying area. To prove these two characteristics, a camera is used to shoot the reconstructed images at different positions and then the viewing angle and the viewing space are verified according to the analytical model we established. Besides, improvements to the reliability of the hypothesis are established.
In the second part of this thesis describes two fabrication processes for the dichromated gelatin recording material. The diffractive gratings made of the dichromated gelatin are recorded and analyzed. The benefits of these methods for the holograms made by semiconductor laser are discussed. Details about the problems of each procedure of these two methods are described in chapter 4. To obtain high diffractive efficiency, low cost, high quality and feasible diffuse hologram are necessary.
