Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 電機工程學研究所 === 96 === This thesis designs and implements a 20kW hard-switching dc/dc booster converter. The maximum operating efficiency and power losses allocation of circuit elements used in the converter are also explored. Conducted EMI in the boost converter are also considered and reduced by using a turn-off snubber circuit. In order to obtain high conversion efficiency under high power operating situation, this thesis discuses the specifications selection of circuit elements used in the converter. A TMS320F2812 DSP-based digital controller is designed and implemented in the thesis for the converter of the booster. Finally, a 20kW hardware prototype is implemented. Experimented results show that the conversion efficiency can reach above 92.5% at full power output condition.
