There are some scholars proposing the "meeting flow" concept, which aims at resolving the problems the current project collaborative development and operation face often: the one-sided communication and the discontinuous management.
In order to resolve the problem which extend from high alterations of project and communication management of team members. This thesis expands to relevant researches of the "meeting flow", trying to integrate team tasks and model team processes with “meeting”, by advance a method and criteria in building the meeting flow, to manage team work and collaboration development. In the end of this thesis, a case through the practice of the miniature of the system, which sets a model example of establishing the meeting flow, is provided.
