Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 96 === This research used the zincplated steel plate company as an example to discuss how to implement advanced TPM activity above the present base of TPM. It is a analysis from practical point of view, that a company how to upgrade to PartⅡ after awarding with TPM Excellence Award by JIPM in PartⅠ,and based on the core of production machines, to keep improving internally, raising the OEE and enhancing company competitiveness. This factory had been doing TPM activity for many years and performed very well. Before TPM activity was implemented in the second half of 2000, their OEE had already reached 80.72%. After TPM activity had been carried out for 4 years, they was awarded with TPM Awards in the second half of 2004, and in 2004, their OEE had increased to 86.29%. This outcome is not only benefited from TPM activity, which has a practical and workable process and steps, the business culture of 「Continues Improvements 」 from all staff is also one of the main reason of the success. It was a turning point after they was awarded with TPM Excellence Award. With strong determination, the company directors announced to challenge further for TPM PartⅡ and TPM Consistent Excellence Award. Therefore, they reviewed present problems of 8 pillars and then formulated concrete policies and strategies. Moreover, with the full support of company directors, TPM activity was implemented successfully, however, there were still some baffles during this process, for example, resistance from some managers and staff in the first line and pillar groups wasted too much time. To those problems mentioned above, this company had already had proper solutions and gained positive outcomes, consequently, they was awarded with TPM Consistent Excellence Award in the second half of 2007
