Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 96 === As we enter the 21st century, we also shift from the knowledge based economics period to the so called creativity based economics period. Because of my childhood Hakka background, I had seldom been taught to utilize my creative thinking. In order to pass on Hakka`s traditional culture and to answer the call from the Taiwan government and related Hakka associations, I hope to seek the living wisdom and creative elements of ancient Hakka`s ancestors about preparing foods and drinks from the viewpoint of modern society. By doing so, I hope to raise the competitive force of all Hakka related occupations. Finally, by examining the Taiwanese Hakka culture closely, I hope to seek some creative ideas to incorporate into the cultural and creative industries. The thesis will attempt to explore the concise creative techniques, ie creation mathematics (or quickway)-the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with content analysis of secondary data and observational study or literature review. After snowball field sampling, I will continue the research with face-to-face in-depth interviews. We then can gather and code the primary data for inducing the conclusion that we discover in the interviewing process. The purpose of this study is to provide the official reference to the R&D sector and the academic field, thus thrust the necessary force that is greatly needed in the Hakka group and the nation.
