This research presented below is based on completed questionnaires conducted with college of management in the northern Taiwan The researcher distributed a questionnaire to 105 graduate students of management college, 95 students returned the questionnaire(response rate=90%)。 In such high competitive society, it is difficult to acquire knowledge by oneself, the expansion of social network not only can help one to communicate with other people, but also help the acquisition and accumulation of personal knowledge and creation of personal competition. Therefore, This research uses coaching behavior and three kinds of networks: advice network, friendship network, information network and uses social network analysis technique of UCINET for windows and Quantitative Approaches by questionnaires of the investigation of MBA and EMBA to investigate the correlation between human relations networks, coaching behavior and learning outcomes. 黃正雄 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW |
