Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 96 === This study is to explore how social network and coaching behavior influence learning outcomes(the extent of thesis competition, learning satisfaction, the contextual performance such interacting behavior and altruism, and knowledge sharing) by MBA graduate students. This research presented below is based on completed questionnaires conducted with college of management in the northern Taiwan The researcher distributed a questionnaire to 105 graduate students of management college, 95 students returned the questionnaire(response rate=90%)。 In such high competitive society, it is difficult to acquire knowledge by oneself, the expansion of social network not only can help one to communicate with other people, but also help the acquisition and accumulation of personal knowledge and creation of personal competition. Therefore, This research uses coaching behavior and three kinds of networks: advice network, friendship network, information network and uses social network analysis technique of UCINET for windows and Quantitative Approaches by questionnaires of the investigation of MBA and EMBA to investigate the correlation between human relations networks, coaching behavior and learning outcomes.
