The weak ties play the especially important role in information exchange. People use the weak ties as the bridges to connect the heterologous information and promote innovative behavior. Cognitive styles also play the role to dominate people on absorption, combination, treatment of the massages what from circumstance, and dominate the whole personal behaviors. On the other hand, from research’s observation, the researches of social interactive relationship and innovative teaching behavior with teacher’s aiming at cognitive styles are still insufficient. The purposes of this study aims to research the following:(1) the influence of weak ties on background heterogeneity and innovative teaching behavior. (2) The moderating effect of cognitive styles on weak ties, background heterogeneity and innovative teaching behavior. This study treated the university’s teachers as proper study, and took the proper study from three major teaching resources announced by ministry of education. It used structural equation modeling to do data analysis and used a questionnaire for data collection. The total sheets of return effect questionnaires are 231. The study used the analysis skill of ego-centric networks to research the network structure and resource relevance between personal social relationships, and then used SEM to do the data analysis. The results indicated: (1) The whole model fit ranked the evaluation standards implying the theoretical model was supported and all constructs have influential relationship. (2) Through the SEM test of trans-group confirmatory found that background heterogeneity is completely intervention effect on weak ties and innovative teaching behavior. (3) Cognitive styles does not equip moderating effect to weak ties, background heterogeneity and innovative teaching behavior. This study has structured an integrated model on the influence of innovative teaching behavior upon weak ties. In addition, it providing relevant theoretical structure between social interactive relationship and the benefit of network heterogeneity, and giving a reference for human resource development. none 陳玉樹 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 126 zh-TW
