Because of the driver have different intentions, the services that the drivers need may be different. In the recent years, the technology of providing service information to drivers on the trip developed vigorously. Nowadays we can see a lot of service information by the device on road driving, such as gas station, shopping etc. A part of service information to driver is beneficial, but some information is unnecessary. This study is according to driver’s requirement of service information that based on the driver’s intention to offer useful service information to the driver. In this research, we have used two kind of theory: Ontology and Case-Based Reasoning. The Ontology is used to describe the concepts of the driver’s intentions on road driving, we according to the concepts that described at Ontology to provide service information for the driver to select. We also use Case-Based Reasoning to learn what services that the driver’s need. When the driver has the same intention on the trip, we provide for helpful information to the driver by past experiences.
