Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程所 === 96 === The main purpose of this thesis is to develop hybrid electric scooter dc-dc power converters and engine ignition system. Because the hybrid electric scooter will operate under different road conditions which will cause battery output voltage change, it needs a power converter to regulate output voltage for driving the con-trol circuit and lighting equipment. Additionally, when the hybrid electric scooter drives at high speed, engine will provide power and it needs an ignition system for regular engine operation. In this thesis, the dc power converters use buck converter as the basic topology, and it is associated with a lossless snubber or synchronous rectifier to regulate output voltage. Additionally, the engine ignition system adopts a flyback converter with a capacitor discharge ignition circuit. In the thesis, per-formance comparison between the proposed ignition system and the traditional ca-pacitor discharge igniter is presented. Finally, implementation of dc power con-verters and an engine ignition system for assessing the efficiency and performance of the scooter has been conducted, which can verify the feasibility of the dc-dc converters and the engine ignition system.
