To understand the effect on different role of the music Industry’s Labor, we examine the positive influences of digital technology from the empowerment perspective, and the negative influences from the deskilling perspective. The results reveal that the songwriters and the performers empowered by digital technology, especially in social level. On the other hand, the recorders are facing the effect of deskilling such as losing job. However, the recorders have chance to translate their job from action-centered to intellective skill through the digital technology. In the end, we suggest that the music Industry’s Labor should learn multi-skill, developing some new tools, and using Creative Commons. none 劉昌德 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 110 zh-TW
