| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所 === 96 === With the change of people’s medical behavior and the support of government, the traditional Chinese medicine is popular in the nation. Meanwhile, the service quality and Security for medical treatment of the traditional medicine becomes more and more import Acupuncture is commonly used in Chinese medicine, so patients’ safety about it become the discussion focus .
This study uses interviewing multiple cases to check Chinese medicine acupuncture operation processes. Through literature review, analysis, collation, and referring the new evaluation standards from TCM hospital established in 1992, the study designs a patient-based information system on the acupuncture, which transfers the doctors’ order the consulting room to the life Surveillance equipment such as the Electro acupuncture machine by the healthcare IT and then through automatically detecting to ensure the quality and safety of patients.
After using this system, through the healthcare workers’ questionnaire, we found it receives higher valuation on patients’ safety, meets hospitals needs and also gets hospitals recognition.
We hope this information system can help healthcare workers to accomplish their work more efficiently and safely, simplify the acupuncture steps to avoid the healthcare errors. At the same time, it also can help hospital to collect patients’ information which is benefit for doctors’ clinic research. The designing experience about this system becomes the reference for the follow-up Study that is also the final contribution about the study.
