碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所 === 96 === In accordance with the increasing of aging population and decreasing in the supply of healthcare manpower, it is inevitable to face with the problems of how to promote people's healthcare management and prevent the sickness in order to decrease the demand of healthcare resources in Taiwan. The purpose of this research is to develop a "Mobile Caring System" which utilizes the concept of "Personal Health Records". Integrating with wireless vital signs devices, the system which provides automatic vital sign information uploading and the ability of health information analysis can be leveraged to keep records of personal health information in a planned, continuous, and convenient manner. The system also provides caring services by integrating with multimedia equipments and setups the tracking system for healthcare resources and case management to comply with the demand and trend of "caring of whole-person." Besides developing the "Mobile Caring System", this research investigates the satisfaction of system users as well.
