Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所 === 96 === Medical and health industries are becoming vigorous in Taiwan and relerant websites of medicine and health care have been built due to flourishing e-commerse in all relevant areas. The structure of this rearch is to investigate how important the information of medicine and health on the web is and how to hold and acguire trust of customers to create a successful medical website of health. This research model employs system quality, information quality and service quality to examine3 the quality of the website and the most emphasized dimension of trust by medical websites is used as the research model. As to the sampling of materials, this takes as the subject of the sample 13 general healthy websites in the medical fine-indexed websites approved by National Health Administration of the Executive Yuan. The empirical research adopted 499 samples of customers which were analyzed statistically with the structural formulae. The result indicates that information quality, system quality and service quality all affect customers’ sense of trust towards medical websites of health. The more superior the factor of trust, the higher customers’ satisfaction of service and products provided by the website, and this would proceed to influence customers’ desire to use it constantly, their frequency of use to increase, and their behavior to promote it.
