Most Japanese are not used to traffic disorder, language communication difficulty and pollution condition in Taiwan. Social network, personal characteristics, psychological adjustment and family support are influencing factors in Japanese life adaptation while work experience in other countries only contribute limited to their life adaptation. Whether dispatched by enterpries or not reveal significan differentials in Japanese life adaptation. Assistances provided by Taiwanese government and local enterprises are not sufficient.
