However, most researches can only demonstrate such significance through training yet without indicating the diversity of human capital investment. Based on this reason, this research managed to complement the previous researches by conducting the practice of human resources in the questionnaire. Furthermore, many scholars have been stating that human capital within the organization acts as an important source of the competitive advantages in the organization. However, in exploring human capital investment, the connection between competing behaviors is rarely discussed. As a result, this research managed to have a further understanding on the potential value generated by human capital in the organization through competitive dynamics. And this study also tried to peer in to the black box of human resource management and organization performance. To achieve the aim mentioned above, first our research confirmed the structures of theories and hypothesis by means of documented materials, and then implemented our designed questionnaires on the interviewees who work in the top 1000 manufacturing industries or in the top 500 service industries according to the statistics released. The collected information was analyzed by SEM of AMOS to test the fitness of the comprehensive model of the theory and the hypothesized relationships among variables under study. According to our research, human resource investment is significantly positive related to competitive awareness, motivation and capability, which suggests the organization can elevate the sensitivity to outer environment, competitive tendency, competitive inertia, and the ability to launch effective counterattacks against any competitive business attack. Furthermore, the competitiveness of the organization is significantly positive related to competitive inertia, while competitive awareness and motivation alike show less obvious link to the inertia.Besides positive effects on competitive inertia, competitiveness can also be significantly related to organization directly. none 林豪傑 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 94 zh-TW
