Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工所 === 96 === This study discussed the viewpoints of fodder industry for the employees are different between the core and peripheral fodder firms in terms of status attainment, labor experience and inclination to quit. According to the survey of more than 600 valid questionnaires, the data shows that the laborer’s family background are influences personal’s education, and the education is the main factor of entering the labor market. However, the longer time working in the labor market, the job mobility will be to substitute of educational attainments. The job mobility will become the main factor of status attainment. And works experience will cause inclination to quit office then in the job mobility. This research discovered that (1) for the core and periphery market of fodder industry laborer’s background does not have a difference; (2) the father''s interpersonal relationship network affected is very small, it indirectly influence of job mobility; (3) for the job rotations, transfer frequency and job stress will cause labourer inclination to quit, then in the status attainment; (4) the core and peripheral labourer are different of the personal factor (sex, education, present post) and structure factor (market, status, units).
