Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程所 === 96 === Active magnetic bearing (AMB) has drawn a lot of attention nowadays, according to the research of the magnetic bearing in the past, the greatest defect lies in its cost is relatively high, so not popularize. Among this, in order to reduce the cost, adopt 3-pole type AMB system to improve the defect of 8-pole type AMB system which needs 4 power amplifiers, and use this 3-pole AMB system in the optical disk drive (ODD) motor. In order to use the 3-pole AMB system in this smaller machine of ODD motor, the difference of magnetic character caused by design and manufacture and the small error caused by assembly has great effect to the magnetic flux. So, it considers the dynamic analysis and controller design of a 3-pole AMB system with non-uniform flux distribution and assembly in this thesis. Finally, according to an ODD motor, this thesis uses current control mode to experiment and verify this system.
