| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 96 === The study is 「The research on the process of louyoungfoundation development Community culture」. The purple of this study was to investigate how Louyoung foundation develop the process and strategy of the community culture and the evolution of Louyoung foundation . This study adopt case study , Analysis of documents, interview and observation to collect information.
The results are as follows：
1.The Membership of Volunteers meeting monthly is to be provided with the function of life-long education, and to help Volunteers personal growth.
2.The existence of Xi-Luo Bridge and the exhibit of Tourism Culture Festival
of Xi-Luo Bridge manifested the Community General Development.
3.Louyoung foundation is easily to be accepted by local residents because the construction of Louyoung foundation was based on local historical and cultural background and met with the development of local community.
4.Appropriate public issues and specific visions are the key elements of piloting the team to progress.
5.Louyoung foundation could develop Xi-Luo community culture successfully and help Xi-Luo town to expand its Tourism Industry.
6.The Financial resources of Louyoung foundation depended for its survival mainly on government subsidies and still had to seek more multiple financial pipeline.
In view of the above research conclusion, the researcher has followingseveral suggestions：
To Louyoung foundation''s suggestion
1.Must maintain the relationship between competition and cooperation
with Government agencies
2.Power should not be concentrated, and must make an appropriate division of labor and experience inheritance
3.Must more fit into the local culture characteristics
4.May moderately conduct a large-scale activity, so as to unite the team momentum and to promote the centripetal force between the association.
