It includes the structures and operations of the organization, the types of the activity, the promotion patterns, the resource integration, the advantages and disadvantages on the social education station and school, the executive straits and the strategies of solution. This research adopts the case study which collects the data rely on analyze and interview. According to the purpose , analysis and discussion of this research, the conclusions from this research are listed as follows: 1.It is a feasible scheme for executing community education by social education station at the elementary school and high school. 2.The conductor shares with ideals and actions that influence the whole performance on social education station. 3.The conception of sound interaction agglomerates a common consensus of members that could advance the vigorous development of the social education station. 4.The transfer on the staff affects operations of the organization because of the structures of the organization lack of standard and system. 5.Adopting education contents of a comprehensive direction and creating the distinguishing characteristics of community education. 6.The promotion patterns are preferable to deal properly with the difference between town and country. 7.It is important to reinforce the partnership among the organizations to see that everything goes well on the resource integration of community education. 8.Innovative activities and marketing strategies are necessary to enlarge the varied gradations of community participation. 9.The various parts of the executive straits in social education station requires solving by means of higher authority. Also, this research provides numerous recommendations for the social education station, an administrative department and follow-up research workers that are listed as follows: A. The recommendations for social education station 1. To reinforce the partnership among the organizations and to integrate with learning resource of community. 2. Keep sound operation patterns of the organization and bring it into full play. 3. Enhance and pursue further education professionally so as to promote the professional knowledge. 4. Draw up the strategies of spreading properly by reason of the internal and external factors. B.The recommendations for administrative department 1. Due to establish of the Social Education Center, allow the legal provisions quite positively. 2. It has to modify the mode of instituting a social education station and select an applicable unit for the special task. 3. Investigating with intensive attention on feelings of the citizenry is the best policy. The authority should transfer to communal regions. 4. Raising the subsidies for the purpose of helping development of social education station. C.The recommendations for follow-up research workers 1. To increase a quantity of case studies on the same kinds of social education station. 2.
