碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 96 === The purpose of the study is to understand the relationship among life style, attitude toward aging and successful aging of elder.The findings of this study will form a basis of reference for the education institute and the elders.This study is based on the review of related documents and the instrument was “Questionnaire of life style, attitude toward aging and successful aging”.This research takes elder over 55 years old in Yunlin County as the major research group, effective questionnaires 448 shares. The main findings of the study are as follows： 1. The life style of elder in Yunlin County is defined to four style,including family life style, positive actions style, caring and helping style, isolated and conservative style.The highest respondents level is the style to care and help someone else, the lowest respondents level is the isolated and conservative style. 2. The respondents level of attitude toward aging of elder in Yunlin County is good, the highest is aging cognition, and the lowest is aging feel. 3. The respondents level of the successful aging of elder in Yunlin County is good, the highest is the aspect of physiology, and the lowest is the aspect of society. 4. The influencing factors of life style of elder in Yunlin County, including sex, age, education, marriage, economic situation, health situation, living style and learing situation in last three months. 5. The influencing factors of attitude toward aging of elder in Yunlin County, including sex, education, health situation, economic situation, living style and learning situation in last three months. 6. The influencing factors of successful aging of elder in Yunlin County, including sex, age, education, marriage, health situation, economic situation, living style and learning situation in last three months. 7. The life style of family life, positive actions, caring and helping of elder in Yunlin County take on positive relationship with successful aging; the life style of isolated and conservative take on negative relationship with successful aging. 8. Attitude toward aging and successful aging of elder in Yunlin County take on positive relationship. 9. Four sort of life style of elder in Yunlin County have estimate power to successful aging. 10. Attitude toward aging of elder in Yunlin County have estimate power to successful aging. According to the conclusions, this research proposed some suggestions： 1. For elder in Yunlin County （1） Keep positive connection with society, construct a good social support system to improve successful aging. （2） To participate in learning activity positively, take the participation in learning activity into the aged life plan. （3） To survey your life style, and then adjust actively or keep positive life style. （4） To survey your though in time, to bring up a attitude of active, positive and optimistic to face the aging. 2. For the related institute （1） To supply the elder more organization and channel to communicate and encourage them to particiapte. （2） To bring up a friendly situation, to improve active and positive attitude of elder. （3） To supply service including information and consult, to bring up a good social support system. （4） To supply the convenient chance and channel, encourage elder to participate in learning activity positively with a multi sell strategy. And then subsidize the funds to improve them to participate activity and make them get successful aging. （5） To supply the elder chance and channel to contribute themselves and make use of their productivity to help else. （6） To propagate or design related courses to make the elder realize that a positive life style will benefit themselves
