A quasi-experimental design was adopted and employees of life insurance industry were enrolled. The main instruments applied in this study were “Self-efficacy Scale” and “Job Performance Scale.” The subjects were administered pre-test before the experimental treatment, the post-test and delayed test after the adventure education training program by both scales. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, ANCOVA, and Pearson’s correlation analysis in order to help understand the training effect of adventure education. Besides, “Overall Feedback Questionnaire” and “open-ended Questions” were used to gather more information. The purposes of this study were as following: 1.To discuss the influence of the participants’ self-efficacy after the Adventure Education provided by the corporations. 2. To analyze the influence of the participants’job performance after the Adventure Education provided by the corporations. 3. To discuss the correlation between job performance and self- efficacy. The study results were as following: 1.Adventure education can enhance employees’overall self-efficacy. 2.Adventure education has no significant immediate influence to employees’ general self-efficacy. 3.Adventure education can enhance employees’ social self-efficacy. 4.Adventure education has no continuing influence to employees’job performance. 5.Adventure education has no continuing influence to employees’task performance. 6.Adventure education has no continuing influence to employees’ context performance. 7.Adventure education has no continuing influence to employees’ context performance. 8.Self-efficacy and job performance have positive correlation.
