| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 應用化學研究所 === 96 === Polyethylenimine (PEI) has nucleophilic amine groups, which can react with electrophilic species such as sulphur mustard and soman. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is an excellent gas barrier. In this study, the polyoxometalate H5PV2Mo10O40 supported on PEI/PVA blend polymer were prepared and characterized. The detailed physico-chemical properties and catalysis of the highly toxic substrate of the hybrids were characterized by UV-Vis, SEM and EDX, respectively. Taking Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis as target bacteria, suspension quantitative bactericidal test and inhibitory test were carried out for antibacterial efficacy.
