The Heuristic Algorithms are used to analyze the tolerance synthesis problem for the mechanical assembly components. The purpose of this research is the introduction of automatic tolerance design for mechanical components to reduce time and cost and avoid design errors when the tolerances designed manually. The Monte Carlo analysis was used for proving the probability of the assembly tolerances of components. The airplane turbine engine components were chosen as the example for analyzing tolerance synthesis. The results showed that the Heuristic Algorithms can get the optimal solution for asymmetric tolerance design within short time based on the minimum manufacturing cost.
