The category of personality character adopts 16 P.F; competency adopts professional knowledge, attitude and skill. Organizational commitment aspect includes the ideas of personal value, willingness of effort and intention to stay. After practicing the Principle Factor analysis, all aspects were renamed as follows: “Exactitude type”, “Intelligence type”, “amplification type” and “gregariousness type” in personality character. “Skill type”, “knowledge type” and “Attitude type” in competency, “Self-perpetuation type” and “effort type” in organizational commitment. The result shows that the demographics of civil aviation pilots cause significant distinctions to all these subjects, especially training background.
