In addition, we investigate whether psychological safety climate moderates the relationships between social support and job performance. Data was collected form 210 employee of 7 branches in Taiwan’s largest hypermarket group and analyzed using hierarchical regression modeling. The results reveal that both social support and psychological safety climate have effects on in-role job performance and service effort. Also psychological safety climate strengthens the relationships between supervisor support and in-role job performance.
