RFID is designed to identify objects without the need for human keystrokes on a computer.Although RFID system applies extensively, there are still some problems existed.However, a number of issues still remain unresolved limiting its mass implementation.This research use TRIZ theory to invstigate RFID the application of RFID system in logistics industry. Although there are few companies adopting RFID in Taiwan logistics industry, the importance is that firms have to understand the improved performance and added value that using RFID could bring in. Co-learning between corporations could escalate the diffusion speed of RFID adoption. The research transfers the contradiction matrix into the Contradiction matrix of logistics service industry. Through the Contradiction matrix of logistics service industry for improving the performance and added value using RFID, the solutions for each case firm are proposed. Because RFID tag doesn’t cost down, it is not perfect to adopt RFID tag added every goods. From scenario analyses of relationship, It is necessary to accelerate RFID adoption speed and quantity that the whole supply chain must cooperate each other include RFID technological manufacturer for research and develop and patent absorbed. Facilitators must develop powerful system actively and customize the integrate software that enterprises demand. Through the contradiction matrix of logistics service industry, this research finds the adoptive alternatives when case firms want to adopt RFID for providing comprehensive service. Besides, it has to take into consideration the relationship between upstream and downstream in scenario analyses of relationship figure, and the problems when firms use RFID.
