The reflected waves from the interface are transformed to frequency domain by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), and deconvolved with a reference signal taken from the interface with zero pressure. The interfacial stiffness are calculated from the frequency spectrum of the reflected waves. The effects of the contact pressure , surface roughness , and layer thickness on the interfacial stiffness are through a parametric study Shiuh-Chuan Her 何旭川 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 117 zh-TW
