Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 95 === This study aims at revealing the perception of college personnel toward campus crisis management in Taoyuan County, and exploring the present status and dilemma of the management. The research result will provide organizations related to education administration as a reference. The approach of this study focuses on document review and questionnaire analysis. Based on document review, the thesis investigates into the theory background and the meaning of campus crisis management. By means of the result, a questionnaire is designed to explore the perception of the education personnel toward the management and the operation status of the colleges in Taoyuan County. The targets are the education personnel of 12 colleges in Taoyuan County in 2006 academic year. One hundred and twenty questionnaires are sent out, and there are 120 valid samples. Under the analysis of the software SPSS 10.0 for Windows, the materials are examined to show the statistic of K-Means, T-test, ANOVA, and Correlation. The main results are following: 1. The higher administrative personnel are with higher awareness of crisis management than the other faculties. 2. The older personnel are with higher awareness of crisis management than the younger ones. 3. The experienced personnel are with higher awareness of crisis management, but the experience is not crucial to the stages of crisis responding and recovering. In general, the experienced personnel are more capable of dealing with crisis, but the advantage is showed at the crisis preventive stage according to the result of this thesis. 4. Those who have taken part in the programs or seminars related to campus crisis management are with higher awareness. That is to say, the programs and seminars are beneficial to promote the crisis management. 5. The personnel of colleges that provide programs or seminars related to campus crisis management are with higher awareness. In other words, the programs and seminars help the personnel improve the awareness of crisis management. 6. The personnel from colleges of different scale show different results in the awareness of crisis management. The suggestions are made to the organizations of education administration and the follow-up researchers according the results of this thesis.
