Educational training is now noticed by many private enterprises, and it has been practiced in Taiwan military force for years, but none of complete human resource training plan has been established. For example, the training plans of the class-team passed years are based on the experience of instructors to draft out the adademic questions. The results of the apprentices are mostly depended by the quality and experience of the instructors. Also, the results of this kind of training can be also fluctuated due to the position changing of the instructors. The certifications/licences are the provements of instructors possessing the rights of teaching but most instructors may not have enough or even do not have teaching experience at all. Hence, to establishing an “educational training achievement assessment” to enhance training achievement is the main course of this study.
This abstract is not only to understand the current training plan, to evaluate the improved level of the trainees, and to apply the academic knowledge into practice, but also to put the willingness of administrator of the unit into the conderation of the end result to the whole plan. Hopefully by using the emergency-aid training class-team as foundation can help to establish a complete “educational training achievement assessment” through repeately discussion, evaluating, and survey in order to create appropriate plan, also to increase the core competence of the institution. The final goal is to make it to face the variations and to obtain the long term benefits.
