| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 95 === With the huge ongoing amount of researches related to knowledge management, most of them were all focused on knowledge creation and knowledge transformation. Scarcely researches of knowledge management were focused on knowledge integration within organization. In order to investigate the relationship between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed, the thesis use the constructs of information skills and knowledge acquirement as independent variables, and the constructs of decision speed as dependent variable. And the purposes of our thesis are four fold:
1. To investigate the correlation between the constructs of information skills.
2. To test the difference between personal variables and the constructs of information skills.
3. To test the relationship between the constructs of information skills and knowledge acquirement.
4. To test the relationship between the constructs of knowledge acquirement and deciosion speed.
The result showed that there were significant difference between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed as regarding to personal attributes. Besides, there were significant relationship between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed.
