| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of Air Force on conscription, and to find out the existing values of enlisted soldiers from voluntary officers and soldiers. Also, this study was to probe why officers and soldiers want to serve in army and what they gained from each educational system. The researcher had interviewed 17 people who are serving in Air Force, and include officers and soldiers. The results are as following:
1.The cognitive behavior of soldiers’ concept by different military rank in Air Force.
2.The influences on soldiers serving in military by different military rank in Air Force.
3.The effects of different military rank by Air Force training.
4.The values of conscription by voluntary officers in Air Force.
5.Self-value of conscription soldiers in Air Force.
6.The influences of combat effectiveness on Air Force soldiers.
According to the finding of this study, the researcher pointed out some suggestions below.
1.Reviewing the importance of military education.
2.Paying much attention on the values of conscription.
3.Valuing the behavior of Air Force logistical people.
Qualitative analysis focuses on the picturesque description rather than inference. This study was limited by sources, interviewing content, and participants’ statement. Although the findings of this study might state some important information, the researcher explained cautiously the conclusion. No matter what this study has useful to future study, the researcher will do further research in the future.
