Most scholars faced the same anachronism, but they have different expects for their vocation and mission. Moreover, what kind of important contributions and influences in Ming school’s claim from the thought development of Pre-Chin dynasty are there?This is the research motivation for the thesis.
The existing deng- xi zi, yi-wen zi,, and gong-sun-long zi are the most
specific reference for studying Pre-Chin Ming school.. From the context of them, the basic idea of the three Ming school books is the main purpose to explore Ming theory and the thought of law and order. Therefore, this thesis is organized with the content of three Pre-Chin Ming books and is investigated from the Spring and Autumn States to the Warring States.What is the process of the Ming study beginning development? And we have to discover the transform pattern among the three books. Moreover, according to the three Ming school books, they infer to the opinion of the law and order, and point of view. It is necessary to analysis that whether the point of view reflects the personal ideal politics and the model of ethic.
According to this thesis research, we can observe that the theory of exploration in three Ming school books are all basing on Chinese Logic( Ming- Shi relationship). Then Chinese Logic offers that rule development in realistic social politics become the so-called corresponding concept of pure knowledge category. These are the symbols for the descent of sequence of Ming school idea. Chinese Logic regards as the basic rule of politics and ethics, and it is also the ultimate aim to maintain a peaceful country. To maintain a peaceful country is the parallel dream for law thoughts in three Ming school books. Therefore, the three Ming school books have their special status in the growth process of Ming study and law thoughts. There is a series of subjective intension in Ming school thoughts, and then we can affirm that Ming school theory in the Pre-Chin thought significance and the historical status. Above all is my purpose for the thesis research.
