Therefore, its importance is not neglectible. This research uses the safety and health management system for the contractors of Taiwan Power Company’s Chia-Yi branch to explore the relationship between the management system and occupational injuries. This research uses “the analysis of the current status for the safety and health management of contracting and system establishment” as the research tool to conduct the survey with the contracting labors of Taiwan Power Company’s Chia-Yi branch. 120 questionnaires were sent out and the effective questionnaires are 108. After using the SPSS program to analyze the questionnaires, the results are as follows: (1) 86.1 percent of the employees think that combined contracting is better for the implementation of the safety and sanitation management while 13.9 percent of the employees think that separate contracting is better. Therefore, combined contracting should be better than separate contracting in the implementation of the safety and sanitation management. (2) In order to lower the costs, contractors have hired more and more foreign labors so the business unit should enhance the management of safety and sanitation for the contractors. (3) 86.1 percent of the labors think that the business unit should set up an industrial safety monitoring team to actively assist the contractors with the management of the industrial safety and hold regular seminars. (4) To prevent accidents and implement the acknowledgements of danger, business unit should include the danger acknowledgement items in the key auditing item list. (5) Arrange the contractors’ employees to attend operation drills every year. This way, it can not only improve the labors’ cognition to the dangers, but also achieve the goals of danger prevention and control. At present, the contractors’ employees have not completely implemented the prevention and control of the potential dangers. The business unit can ask the contractors’ foremen to bring 3G cell phones and use the two-way video method to achieve the mobile auditing and real-time management so as to prevent the operators from neglecting the implementation of industrial safety. Key words: combined contracting, separate contracting, safety and health management, acknowledgements of danger none 郭昭吟 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 176 zh-TW |
