| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 設計運算研究所碩士班 === 95 === In industrial design domain, many designers are disturbed to product style. Nowadays, product designer that follows “form follows function” is no longer able to bring design to completion. It has getting more and more problems. Sometimes it can even impede visual cognitive ability of user.
Therefore, designer tries to simplify product form, then divide and combine form into geometrics can get some benefits. Design with minimalism means modulus design and reduce produce procedure. Thinking in this way, designers are not only designers, but more resembling an engineer. At the same time, thinking in simple way made a designer more close to user and more understanding user needs. This thesis tries to transform minimalism into a simply system, provide a different way to do the design thinking for designers, to treat design as play. We hope it can provide a possible solution to problems in product design.
