碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 95 === The main purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of recreation participation, academic stress of senior high school and vocational high school students, analyze the differences of varied demographic variables on the above two items, and discuss the relationships among the two. The researcher of this study applied documentary analysis, questionnaires survey. The questionnaire was composed of three parts: the background of the senior high and vocational high school students, recreation participation and academic stress. The subjects were systematically selected from senior high school and vocational high school students in Yun-lin county, expected total valid returned questionnaires were 1800. The data was analyzed through the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics, means, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation, Canonical correlation and AMOS. The results are as follows: 1. Among the six factors of attending recreation of the students, the entertainments obtain the highest involvement. Then it goes form leisurely, sports, knowledge, social and skills type according to the priority. 2. The major origin of the academic stress of the students comes from family. classmate, teacher and personal expect go for higher to lower priority. 3. The positive correlation between recreation participation and academic stress. It was expected that the result of this research suggest could understand the recreation participation, and enhance recreational participation opportunities. Hope that can alleviate the senior high school and vocational high school students academic stress, enhance mind and the body health status, promote study environment of quality.
