碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the exercising situation and satisfaction for customers of sport facilities of universities or colleges, and taking National Yunlin University of Science & Technology for example.“The questionnaire survey on satisfaction of sport facilities users in national yunlin university of science and technology”was adopted as a research instrument. There were 700 questionnaires completed and 700 returned; there were 678 out of 700(or 97%) were valid. Descriptive statistics, explore factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and scheffe-test were used as the major statistical techniques. The results were shown: 1. Demographics: Most of the responders are male, students who study in 4-year program, the students who study in college of management, juniors and the students who are not sport team members. 2. Survey of exercising situation: Most of the responders are “just using in physical class or association activity”, “only one hour every week” and “usually exercise with classmates”. 3. According to the research, the users of sport facilities are satisfied with three factors: “The sport facilities can be provided to hold the contests”; “the users can train themselves in the sport facilities” and “enhancing the faculties’ habit of exercising.” 4. Significant differentiation of satisfaction exists among the responders’ sexes, years and majors. 5. Significant differentiation exists in user’s satisfaction among two factors: “The opinions on the regulations of opening the sport facilities”, and “the using numbers of time.”
