In other words, we connect the 3D software images to the hardware motion and use the position and velocity control of the motion platform to coordinate the motion platform movement with the 3D images, and finally, it makes users feel they were in the reality. The motion platform is a parallel connected mechanism whose upper and lower platforms are connected by hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinder expansion is controlled by software to move the platform to the required position. The whole mechanism structure is simple, but the mathematics function is quite complicating. The main reason is that the movement of the platform requires much mathematics calculation. The six-DOF motion platform is found potentially to be used in militaries, industries, and entertainments. The simulation machine is designed for providing a safer operating environment to replace high-cost real training. Through the virtual reality which is built by the simulation machine, trainers can feel as if they are in the reality and can have more interaction with the simulate environment to accomplish their training. Simulation machine is also recommended useful to reduce the training cost and time. Nowadays, peoples put more and more importance on their leisure recreation, Simulation machine is now gradually going to the entertainment market. In thesis, we are going to combine our self-designed operation software, with which, the six-DOF motion platform is coordinated with the 3D vision created by the 3DS MAX virtual reality development software.
